3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or share illegal content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Wasaa Drive. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Rights: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Wasaa Drive and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan: Our free plan provides limited storage space with basic features.

Paid Plans: Paid subscription plans offer additional storage and features:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• If payment fails, your account may be downgraded or suspended

7. Storage Limits and Quotas

Each plan has specific storage limits:

• Free: 10GB storage
• Basic: 100GB storage
• Pro: 1TB storage
• Business: Unlimited storage (fair use policy applies)

If you exceed your storage limit, you must upgrade your plan or delete files. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that significantly exceed fair use guidelines.

8. File Sharing and Collaboration

When sharing files:

• You are responsible for the content you share
• Shared links can be password-protected and set to expire
• You can revoke access to shared files at any time
• You must have rights to share the content
• Shared content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy

9. Data Backup and Recovery

While we implement robust backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important files. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion.

Deleted files are kept in trash for 30 days before permanent deletion. Files permanently deleted cannot be recovered.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Third-party service outages

11. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Security measures include:

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WASAA DRIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wasaa Drive from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or share

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
